University Payment Plan

Any student who completes registration agrees to pay the University according to the payment terms documented in the Colorado State University Class Schedule under the Payment of Accounts section. Late charges of 1.5% per month, and other penalties as described therein, may be assessed for late payment.

Students are permitted to pay for the primary charges of tuition, general student fees, university technology fee, room, and board in three installments each fall or spring term. Summer charges are due as billed.

Students who register after the first billing cycle of the semester will be billed either in two equal amounts or one full amount, depending on the date of their registration.

Tuition, general fees, university technology fee, and residence hall charges are due in three monthly installments each term as follows:

* 1/2 if not assessed on the first statement **All due if not assessed on first two statements

Payment of all University charges is to be received in the University Cashier's Office by the due date to avoid late payment penalties and account "holds".

The University will not register a student, confer a degree on a student, or provide a transcript to any student or former student who has any financial obligation to the University (other than a loan not yet due).

Summer tuition and housing charges are due when billed.
